Once the roof and windows are removed, the vehicle undergoes a process of extra reinforcement (as the car already has a load-bearing chassis, the removal of the roof does not impoverish the structural integrity of the vehicle).
To horizontally close the new cabriolet body, the use of thick galvanized boxed steel along the entire edge provides additional solidity and prevents
stress and wear to the bodywork during torsion or uneven terrain. Rolls bars can be install at the discretion of the owner.
BODYWORK

The standard treatment for a project edition is sandblasting, Galvanization, epoxy treatment and anticorrosive protective paint. This process guarantees a return of the chassis to factory conditions and prevents all types of corrosion. Other interventions are customer’s options.
THE CHASSIS

All the seats are upholstered in nautical sky and the carpeting replaced with hydrophobic material to guarantee resistance to climatic agents and real everyday practicality. The color combinations are at the customer’s choice as are the leather upholstery works or marine teak woodwork.
